Help for this site
We've worked hard to make our website accessible to most people. To accommodate users with small monitors, our page width
rarely exceeds 650 pixels. If you have a large monitor, this means you will see most of our web pages in the centre of your
browser window, with an empty grey area on either side. This is normal.
Because we find sans serif fonts easier to read onscreen, we've set many of our pages to use Verdana. If you don't have
this typeface, the default changes to the next available sans serif: Arial on Windows and Helvetica on Macintosh. (A selection
of typefaces for both Macinsoth or Windows can be downloaded free from Microsoft.)
We use style sheets to set the text and define some elements on pages. If you have the Style Sheets setting turned off in your browser preferences, the text may appear larger or smaller, depending on
other preferences you have set in your browser.
For help with turning Style Sheets on, refer to your browser manual.
We welcome suggestions on making our site easier to view and navigate. Please send your ideas, comments, complaints or lavish praise to our webmaster or use the form
that appears at the base of most pages to send a message.
Still stumped?
If you still have problems, e-mail our webmaster. Be
sure to tell us your browser (for example, Navigator 6.0, Explorer 5 , etc);
your operating system (Windows 2000, Mac OS 8.5 or X, etc); the problem you're
experiencing, and the page you were on when you had the problem. The more information
you supply, the better we can help you.
