Driving: Mount Victoria is on the Great Western Highway, a direct route 2 hours west of Sydney and east of Lithgow and Bathurst.
Trains: Mount Victoria is on the main suburban line and trains run regularly. You can find a timetable at http://www.cityrail.info
Staying overnight? Combine a day of erotic stimulation with an overnight stay in one of the local hotels.

There's plenty of parking onsite or nearby. And it's less than 10 minutes' walk from the local station with its regular CityRail suburban train service.
