What is the clear fluid that dribbles out after I cum?
Up to 30 minutes after ejaculating, a clear fluid is released from my penis. Is this normal?
Yes, it is normal after ejaculation. The initial force of ejaculating ejects much of the fluid in your urethra, yet some will remain and dribble out as your penis becomes flaccid.
It may be the remnants of the precum produced by the Cowpers' glands to ease the passage of sperm during ejaculation. This is a clear, alkaline liquid.
Or it may be residual fluids from your prostate. This tends to be a milky alkaline liquid.
