My boyfriend has white stuff in his underwear. We are not sleeping together when it occurs. What is it?
Just because you are not having sex, it doesn't mean your boyfriend's body stops working.
The white stuff could be a urethral discharge due to a disease - like non-specific urethritis (NSU). Or it could be "precum" that has dried on his underpants.
I'd suggest you tell your boyfriend to change his underwear more frequently, for you to stop checking his underwear, and if he is concerned about what it might be, to see a doctor.
