What is the mucous fluid that comes out of my penis?
I am aged 28 years and single. Often in the mornings my erect penis releases a mucous fluid. Is it released because my body has produced too much fluid? And should I release this during intercourse?
The "mucous" you refer to is pre seminal fluid, sometimes called "precum". It is normal for this fluid to be released when your penis is erect and for some time prior to ejaculation.
The quantity your body produces is determined by your genetic background. You can neither increase it nor decrease it.
Ejaculation is the best way to release any built-up semen, though after a few days much of the fluid is re-absorbed into your body. You can ejaculate either as a result of masturbation or through sexual play including intercourse.
I suggest that next time you wake up and discover your erection you masturbate to a pleasurable ejaculation. You'll feel much better and you may even understand your body better.
