Can I choose which testicle to ejaculate from?
Your testicles produce sperm which is added to fluids from the Cowper's Gland and the prostate and which pass through the urethra and are ejaculated from your penis.
When you ejaculate, your testicles will pull up towards your body and this is a reflex action, not something you can actively control. Your testicles are not otherwise involved in the process of ejaculation.
