Sperm is manufactured continuously in the testicles at a rate of approximately 50,00 units per minute. However, not all the sperm that is produced is released during ejaculation.
Except for exceptional cases where your testicles have been removed or you have a disease, your testicles will continue to produce sperm until you die.
Even if you masturbate ten times a day your sperm will continue to be produced. Of course, if you masturbate ten times a day you will have a very sore penis and you may not ejaculate every time.
