Masturbation is not linked in any way with weight gain or loss.
Having said that, if you tend to eat and gain weight when you are feeling anxious, stressed or guilty and you feel that way about masturbation, you may gain weight.
If, on the other hand, you recognise that masturbation is a great way to learn about your body and how you feel and you feel less guilt or anxiety, you'll probably eat less and lose weight.
