How do I get a good body?
I'm 14 years old. I want a good body. How do I get one?
You could start by believing you already have a good body. Then you could add some exercise - yoga, cycling, swimming or any other non-competitive sport - to keep you feeling good about yourself. Add good nutrition so your body works properly, grows and heals itself quickly.
Then you could keep a positive attitude and realise that while having a "good body" might be nice, there are many, many other things in life than your body.
Of course, all this will take time. And as you are still young, you may not see the kind of results you think you want until your body has finished growing.
